There is no excuse for violating human rights by anyone and at any level. Cypriots must be allowed to live without outside interference. This OUTSIDE Interference has been the main cause of the so called "Cyprus  problem" and the occupation. Unless the military occupation is terminated the Cyprus problem will not be solved. The ideal solution would have been a single unitary state on the island. However today this seems to be a target for the far future. Under the present circumstances the Cyprus Occupation problem may be solved by a "Federal" single state with two major districts: the North district under the Cyprioturkish administration and the South district under the Cypriotgreek,armenian,latin,maronite  administration. All Cypriots must imperatively have the total absolute personal and completely safe right of choice  to return back home, back to their roots and their properties irrespective of origin and irrespective of district. Cyprioturks, Cypriotgreeks, Cypriotmaronites, Cypriotarmenians and Cypriotlatins MUST BE FREE AND COMPLETELY  SAFE to live under the same roof, under the same block of flats, in the same neighbourhood, in the same village, in the same town, in the same district and on the same island.

All elected  governing bodies MUST  IMPERATIVELY be voted by ALL Cypriots irrespective of origin. The European Acquis must prevail to all Cypriot constitutional provisions. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES the fundamental human right of property must be allowed to be affected in any way whatsoever. All properties irrespectively MUST be reinstated to the legal owners as prior to 20th July 1974.  The above dual district terminology is the only accepted for explaining the term "Bizonal" or "Bizonality". Bizonality in terms of moving or tampering with property rights whatsoever or ethnically cleansing one or the other of the above two districts is criminal and rejected. A criminal and malicious terminology and application  of BIZONAL and BIZONALITY was given by the U.N, so called "ANNAN PLAN No.5"  which amongst hundreds of gross human right infringements  included the compulsory and unequivocal confiscation or misappropriation of the 2/3rds of the properties of  displaced Cypriots for reasons of ethnic cleansing, thus practically establishing the partition (TAXIM) plans of outside foreign powers .
